About the Role:

As a Payments Operations Specialist at Agora youll gain hands-on experience in how money moves behind the scenes while owning key day-to-day operational responsibilities. Youll support client onboarding monitor payment flows and partner closely with internal teams to ensure processes run smoothly accurately and in compliance with regulations. This is a highly hands-on role with a clear path for growth into more strategic and client-facing responsibilities.

What your day would look like:

• Support payment approvals verifications and checklist-based controls.
• Monitor domestic and international transactions and flag anomalies.
• Help process and verify payment approvals in line with policy and controls.
• Act as the payments expert layer for Support and Customer Success teams.
• Join client calls when operational clarification is needed.
• Document payment issues and resolutions clearly.
• Maintain accurate internal records and dashboards.
• Collaborate crossfunctionally to resolve issues quickly and meet SLAs.
• Contribute to process automation and crossfunctional projects.
• Investigate exceptions and coordinate resolutions

Requirements:

Compensation:

• $60000$75000. Base salary ranges are determined by multiple factors unique to each candidate including skills and local market benchmarks. We encourage you to apply if your expectations are outside this range.
