Responsibilities
- Provide attentive and supportive respite care services to individuals in a safe and respectful manner.
- Assist with daily living activities such as personal hygiene meal preparation and medication reminders.
- Engage individuals in meaningful activities that promote socialization and skill development.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with families and the LIFE Inc. team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience in direct support or respite care preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation to and from client locations in Goldsboro NC.
- Valid NC drivers license
- 21 Years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED
