Job Summary

Progeny HR Solutions LLC is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse Manager for our Operating Room Services department in Las Vegas NV. The Registered Nurse Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the operating room services department including managing staff ensuring quality patient care and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise all nursing staff in the operating room services department including hiring training and performance evaluations - Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient operations - Monitor and maintain department budget including staffing and supply expenses - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans - Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations and accreditation standards - Maintain a safe and clean working environment for staff and patients - Participate in strategic planning and goal setting for the department - Act as a liaison between the department and other hospital departments as well as external stakeholders - Provide guidance and support to nursing staff including handling any conflicts or issues that may arise - Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices in operating room services - Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities to maintain and improve skills and knowledge Qualifications: - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Nevada - Bachelors degree in nursing (BSN) required Masters degree preferred - Minimum of 5 years of experience in operating room services with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role - Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders - Knowledge of state and federal regulations and accreditation standards related to operating room services - Ability to handle multiple priorities and make effective decisions under pressure - Proficient in computer skills and electronic medical record systems If you are a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for leadership and patient care we want to hear from you!
