Were looking for a strategic Enterprise Account Manager to own and grow our Transport Infrastructure and Engineering & Construction portfolio across Australia and New Zealand. Youll manage a book of approximately 50 enterprise accounts balancing retention of existing customers with hunting net-new business within major accounts.
This is a senior high-impact sales role where youll build C-suite relationships develop sophisticated account and territory plans and drive revenue growth through value-based solution selling. Youll become a trusted advisor to customers in the AEC sector leveraging deep industry knowledge and technical expertise in geospatial solutions to solve complex business challenges.
What Youll Do
- Own the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts in Transport Infrastructure and Engineering & Construction from strategic planning through to close
- Develop and execute territory and account plans with clear influence matrices growth strategies and measurable objectives
- Build and maintain value-based relationships with C-suite stakeholders and key decision-makers across your portfolio
- Partner closely with Customer Success to drive product adoption retention and expansion
- Lead renewal upsell and cross-sell motions for the full suite of Nearmap offerings
- Collaborate with Industry Marketing and Sales Development to generate and progress pipeline
- Deliver compelling business cases and ROI-driven proposals for complex multi-SKU deals
- Represent Nearmap at industry conferences events and customer meetings (travel required)
- Maintain accurate forecasting and opportunity management in Salesforce
Qualifications :
What Youll Bring
- 10 years of full-cycle sales experience with at least 7 years in Enterprise SaaS and/or the AEC sector
- Consistent track record of exceeding $1M ACV quota in new revenue year over year
- Proven ability to engage and sell to C-suite executives across multiple lines of business
- Experience managing 50 enterprise accounts with a mix of existing customers and new prospects
- Deep understanding of value-based and solution selling methodologies
- Strong commercial acumen with experience building ROI and business case documentation
- Experience leading extended deal teams including Solutions Engineers Customer Success and partners
- Proficiency in Salesforce and advanced Excel for complex proposal development
Highly Valued
- Experience in Transport Infrastructure Civil Engineering Construction Management or Utility Asset Management
- Knowledge of aerial imagery geospatial data or location intelligence solutions
- Familiarity with industry applications: AutoDesk Bentley Hexagon ESRI
- Experience with subscription/SaaS business models
- Fortune 500 or large enterprise account management experience
