Purpose of the position:
The Monitoring and Evaluation Officer will support the implementation of MERL activities for the Global Fund TB/HIV and related grant activities.
Minimum RequirementsEducation
- Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification in M&E information technology Public health data management or statistics.
Experience:
- At least four years experience in HIV and/or TB programming and related underlying health issues with a specific focus on M&E.
- Demonstrated experience in data management and reporting systems including tools development data capturing analysis and report writing.
- Experience of working in Global Fund PEPFAR or other donor funded projects is desirable.
- Good understanding and experience in using NDOH information management systems like the District Health Information System (DHIS) Health Patient Registration System (HPRS) Electronic Drug Resistance Register (EDRWEB)) would be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills.
- A valid drivers license is essential.
