Telesales Consultant (Financial Services)

SALARY
First 3 months Retainer thereafter commission only if targets are met one has the opportunity to make in the region of /- R38K and over. Benefits include Medical Aid Provident Fund and Group Life - keen to be discussed in detail.

Our client is seeking Telesales Consultant (Health) based in Century City.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism
- Maintain accurate records and statistics of queries
- Conduct Financial Needs Analysis
- Achieve sales and quality targets
- Overcome objections with confidence
- Manage administration and adhere to service level agreements
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Matric
- NQF5 and RE5 qualification - non -negotiable
- Class of Business
- 6 months - 1 year sales experience Outbound Telesales environment
- Knowledge of health products is advantageos
