1) Job Purpose: |
The role is responsible for providing support to Sales & Marketing activities within the assigned vertical. It plays a critical role in ensuring seamless coordination between customers sales teams and plant operations while managing customer support and service-related activities to enable timely order execution issue resolution and enhanced customer satisfaction. |

Order & Finished Goods Management | - Ensure order entry within 24 hrs. of receipt of order.
- Follow-up with plant for dispatch
- OTIF Calculation
- Co-ordinate with TM for hold release daily and give clearance to plant.
- PFI to co-ordinate with customers
- Key Skills - (Oracle & ERP)

Financial | - Request for Credit check release as advised
- Preparation of RCN in consultation with TM by 7th of every month
- Sale intimation to Customer for payment
- Sending Balance confirmation to customers and follow-up for payment
- Provide UTR details with accounts for application on the same day.
- Request for refund
- Liability provision to be sent on the 1st working day of the month.

MIS | - Preparation of Monthly Report for the vertical by 5th of every Month
- Order booking Report on daily basis
- Daily Transit/Stock report
- Assist in Audit
- Price circular on every price change
- Order tracking Matrix
- Daily Sales report
- MTD Plant/Product wise booking
- Monthly customer wise performance all India report

Co-ordination | - Visit to plants and manage stock at lowest
- Support respective TM for specific customer
- Coordination with customers and TM for sale projection

Digitalization | - Ensure timelines for Ekayan testing and integration
- Active involvement in Digitization initiatives and projects
- Active involvement in Digitalization projects such as RPA.

Key Accounts Management | - Support Respective TM for specific KEY Account
- Improve customer satisfaction level by providing better services
- Visit Key Account & Support KAM Activity
|
Safety | - Safe working environment at workplace for team members and visitors.
- Ensure that basic safety practices at office and WFH and no unsafe condition at WFH
