Job Summary

We are looking for dynamic and passionate individuals to join our Front of House teams across all of the Food & Beverage venues at Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise.

Position Length: May-September

What you will be doing:

Hostess

Welcome guests manage reservations and seating and maintain floor plans to ensure smooth and efficient dining operations.

Food Porter / Server Assistant:

Assist service staff by transporting food from the kitchen to dining areas promptly and maintaining cleanliness and organization.

Server:

Provide attentive table service take accurate orders promote menu items and handle billing and cash procedures accurately.

In-Room Dining Server:

Take and deliver in-room dining orders and amenities while providing timely courteous service to guest rooms.

Bartender

Prepare and serve beverages maintain bar cleanliness and deliver professional efficient service to guests.

Banquet Server

Set up serve and break down events while providing professional service for meetings weddings and special functions.

Banquet Houseperson

Set up and maintain event spaces move equipment as needed and support banquet operations before during and after events.

Qualifications :

Must have Pro-Serve Certification for Alberta prior to your start date
Previous experience in a high-volume and fast paced hospitality environment is preferred (experience required is dependent on position)
POS system experience an asset
Knowledge of the hospitality industry with a love for all things food and drink
Schedule flexibility including early mornings late nights weekends holidays
Must be able to lift and carry up to 40lbs and be able to be on your feet for 8 hours or more

You may be required to work on holidays weekends overnights and other non-day shifts. Submission of your application to Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise indicates that you are able to meet these requirements as needed.
