Minor Hotels are seeking an experienced and driven Regional Sales Manager WA & NT to lead corporate government MICE and leisure sales across our Western Australia and Northern Territory portfolio.
Reporting to the Area Director of Sales SA/WA/NT this role is responsible for executing group sales strategies that maximise occupancy room revenue and catering and events revenue across a diverse portfolio of properties. This is a hands-on relationship-focused role for a commercially minded sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key responsibilities
- Drive corporate government MICE and leisure revenue across WA and NT properties
- Grow existing accounts while actively developing new business (70/30 focus)
- Implement group sales strategies to maximise occupancy and profitability
- Analyse market trends competitor activity and forward occupancy
- Manage and maintain key client relationships through face-to-face and virtual engagement
- Work closely with Hotel Managers Revenue Marketing and Commercial teams
- Attend industry events trade shows and networking functions
- Ensure accurate reporting CRM management and data integrity
- Identify cross-selling opportunities across the Minor Hotels portfolio
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in a Business Development or Sales Manager role within hospitality or tourism
- Demonstrated success in increasing revenue and building strong client portfolios
- Strong communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised with excellent time management and planning capability
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a broader sales team
- Professional presentation and a proactive service-driven mindset
