- Provide professional friendly support and go the extra mile for guests and clients.
- Manage bookings accurately maximize occupancy and resolve inquiries confidently.
- Upsell rooms and services while promoting loyalty programs and brand standards.
- Communicate guest needs effectively maintain attention to detail and use Opera PMS.
Qualifications :
- 12 years experience in hotel reservations (Opera/Opera Cloud preferred).
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written) and computer proficiency.
- Ability to work independently and in a team staying calm under pressure.
- Passion for customer service attention to detail and multitasking skills.
