Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and cultivate strategic relationships with top-tier travel agencies tour operators luxury suppliers and high-value clients to enhance both revenue and brand reputation.
- Ensure unwavering compliance with quality standards and SOPs to consistently deliver exceptional service.
- Manage inquiries and complex complaints with professionalism and composure delivering prompt and effective solutions that enhance guest satisfaction and foster loyalty.
- Engage with enquiries and collaborate with a diverse range of mid- to high end tour operators
- Expand and maintain client and agent portfolios by building trust facilitating seamless communication and nurturing long-term
partnerships. - Oversee the complete client journey ensuring a high-touch seamless experience from planning through to post-travel follow-up.
- Prepare budgets monitor profits and manage costs to deliver exceptional value to clients while maintaining business sustainability.
- Supervise logistics and operational execution including luxury hotel arrangements transportation and curated exclusive experiences.
- Lead real-time crisis management providing support during itinerary disruptions emergencies or unexpected changes to ensure clients feel prioritized and well cared for.
Requirements:
- 4 years of experience in the travel & tourism industry
- Proven ability to create high-end tailor-made itineraries with deep understanding of luxury traveler expectations.
- Strong command of spoken and written English with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in travel software tools and confident with digital platforms for itinerary planning and client communication.
- Well-versed in global travel trends especially within European source markets and passionate about promoting Sri Lanka as a premium destination.
- A team player with a proactive mindset keen attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-demand environment.
