Job Summary

Job Summary:

This is a key role supporting the Creative Lead and working closely with the design
production supply chain and marketing teams.

Main Responsibilities:

Research and screen vendors for materials trims packaging and outsourced
production.
Request samples organize quotations compare pricing and prepare vendor
summaries.
Coordinate communication and follow-up with suppliers in Cambodia ASEAN Chinaand India.
Manage negotiation processes up to contract draft before handover to Supply Chain.
Support Creative Lead in cross-functional coordination with Production and Marketing.
Track sample movement and maintain organized project documentation.
Assist with meeting preparation notes email drafting and scheduling.
Maintain and update material and vendor libraries.

Main Requirements

35 years of sourcing merchandising operations project coordination or production experience.
Strong written and spoken English (required).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Comfortable working with vendors and managing timelines.
Familiarity with materials production or creative workflows is an advantage.
Proactive dependable and able to work independently and collaboratively.
