Position: Senior Lead UI/UX Designer

A technology company specialising in SaaS and business solutions is seeking a Senior Lead UI/UX Designer to guide design direction across its suite of web and mobile products.
This role focuses on shaping intuitive user experiences ensuring cohesive visual standards and leading design initiatives across all customer-facing platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead UX and UI design efforts for multi-platform payment applications (web mobile desktop).
- Develop user flows wireframes prototypes and high-fidelity visuals aligned with strong usability principles.
- Work closely with product engineering and business teams to define experience strategy and design direction.
- Maintain consistency across modules such as payment workflows loyalty features reporting dashboards and other user-facing tools.
- Conduct user research usability testing and feedback analysis to refine product interactions.
- Build and evolve a scalable design system and shared component library.
Translate complex operational or analytical requirements into intuitive action-oriented interfaces.
- Mentor junior designers and strengthen the organisations UX practice.
Requirements
- Degree in Graphic Design Interaction Design or a related field.
5 years of professional UX/UI design experience including 2 years in a senior or lead capacity.
- Experience designing payment platforms transaction-focused applications or enterprise SaaS products.
A portfolio showing cross-platform design across mobile tablet desktop and web.
- Strong proficiency with Figma or similar modern design tools.
- Deep understanding of interaction design accessibility and responsive layout principles.
- Prior experience collaborating with product managers and development teams in Agile environments.
- Strong analytical communication and leadership capabilities.
