Overview

A technology company in the payments and digital services space is seeking a Mobile Development Lead to oversee mobile delivery across iOS Android and Flutter. The role focuses on building scalable mobile applications integrating payment features and ensuring a high-quality multi-platform experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead mobile development across iOS Android and Flutter overseeing architecture and feature delivery.
Design and implement modules for payment processing loyalty programs and analytical tools.
Collaborate with product UX and backend teams to ensure a consistent cross-platform user experience.
Ensure code quality app security and performance optimisation.
Mentor junior developers and support best-practice engineering standards.
Integrate third-party payment services analytics platforms and cloud tools.
Participate in solution design roadmap planning and agile sprint cycles.
Troubleshoot complex issues and deliver stable mobile releases.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field.
5 years of professional mobile development experience with strong iOS expertise (Swift/SwiftUI).
Proficiency with Android (Kotlin/Java) and cross-platform development using Flutter.
Experience with payment integrations and mobile analytics.
Strong understanding of REST APIs data synchronisation and secure data handling.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines state management patterns and app store deployment.
Strong leadership communication skills and comfort working in fast-paced agile environments.
