We are seeking a skilled logistics professional to lead warehouse operations drive process efficiency and ensure timely accurate product deliveryall while fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
The Inventory Control Supervisor oversees inventory operations to ensure accuracy compliance and efficiency across the distribution center. This role combines leadership process improvement and hands-on oversight to maintain optimal stock levels and support timely product delivery.
SHIFT: MondayFriday 8:30 AM 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
Supervise inventory control team members providing training coaching and performance feedback.
Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts audits and reconciliation.
Develop and implement inventory control procedures and SOPs.
Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.
Utilize WMS SAP and inventory management tools to track and report inventory metrics.
Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Support onboarding and continuous development programs for team members.
Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for inventory variances.
Participate in internal and external audits related to inventory control.
Promote a positive workplace culture aligned with Great Place to Work initiatives.
Perform occasional warehouse duties including lifting up to 50 lbs and operating equipment.
Domestic and international travel may be required.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
5 years in inventory control or warehouse operations including demonstrated experience in people management.
Proficiency with WMS inventory management software and SAP (preferred).
Strong analytical organizational and leadership skills.
Ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
Experience with 3PL operations and warehouse equipment (including forklift).

This job has a full time weekly schedule. Our pay ranges are determined by role level and location. Within the range individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including job-related skills experience and relevant education or training.
