• A solid work ethic honesty and accountability.
• Good communication skillsyou talk with the team not at them.
• A High School diploma/GED.
• Restoration construction or related experiencedefinitely a plus but not required.
• IICRC certifications Even better!
• A valid drivers license and willingness for on-call shifts.
• Physical readiness for activity: think moving up to 100 lbs (with help) climbing ladders working in attics/ tight spaces working with your hands and handling repetitive tasks.

• Full-time between the hours of 7AM7PM (MonFri) minimum 40hrs/week. Expect evenings occasional weekends and local travelwith occasional out-of-area work.

• Frequent lifting up to 50 lbs occasional up to 100 lbs (assisted) working overhead in confined spaces utilizing SERVPRO Solvents hand tools and on feet all day.
