Job Summary

$5000 hiring incentive: Speech-Language Pathologist positions for the 2026-27 school year. Multiple positions available spanning pre-K through grade 12.

Qualifications/Experience:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association preferred.

Valid Minnesota Department of Education licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

Experience working with children and adolescents in a school setting is preferred.

Knowledge of special education due process and compliance requirements.

Successful background check required.


Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Needed:

Knowledge of speech language voice fluency and social communication disorders.Strong understanding of special education procedures including evaluation eligibility determination and IEP development.Ability to interpret assessment data and develop individualized treatment plans.Effective collaboration skills to work with multidisciplinary teams including teachers special education staff related service providers and families.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage time effectively and maintain accurate documentation.Commitment to culturally responsive practices and inclusive educational environments.

Specific Tasks:

Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students.Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in compliance with state and federal guidelines.Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to students.Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.Collaborate with general education teachers special education staff and families to support student success.Participate in child study meetings IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with district and state requirementsProvide consultation and training to staff regarding communication strategies and supportsSupport students across a variety of service delivery models.See the job description for additional information.


Hours Per Day:

7.5 hours per day
