Job Summary

Job Title: Product Designer -UX/UI

Experience: 8 years

Requirement:

The primary purpose of aproduct designer(UX/UI) istodesignintuitiveengagingand user-centreduser experiences across our digital platformsthat meet both user needs and business goals.

Roles and Responsibilities:

User Research:Conduct user research to understand user needs behaviours and pain points. Analyse user feedback and data to inform design decisions.
Wireframing and Prototyping:Create wireframes prototypes and high-fidelity mock-ups to visualize design concepts and interactions.
Visual Design:Design visually appealing and cohesive interfaces that align with our brand identity and enhance the user experience.
Usability Testing:Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs to improve usability and user satisfaction.
Collaboration:Work closely with product managers developers and other stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of designs.
Design Systems:Develop andmaintaindesign systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across all digital products.
Stay Updated:Keepup-to-datewith the latest design trends tools and technologies to continuously improve our design processes.
User Personas and Stories:Develop and document user personas user stories and information architecture to understand and map user behaviours and requirements.
Accessibility Standards:Apply accessibility standards to ensure inclusive usable designs for diverse audiences.
Responsive Design:Design responsive layouts and ensurean optimaluser experience across both desktop and mobile platforms.
Typography and Colour Theory:Apply principles of typography and colour theory to craft visually appealing readable designs.
Presentation:Present design concepts clearly and confidently tocustomersand stakeholders gathering feedback and making necessary adjustments.

Skills Required:

6 years of proven experience as a UX/UIProductDesigner or similar role.
3yearof experience in leading design projects.
Strong portfolioshowcasingyour design skills and processfor digitalplatform(ideally Ecommerce).
Experience with user research methods and usability testing.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence product design strategy.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to guide and ideate products from scratch and improve features within a user-centered design process.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the knowledge of technical constraints and limitations as they apply todesigning forplatforms such as desktop and mobile.
Proficiencyin design tools such as Sketch FigmaAdobeor similar.
Proficiencyin using Google Analytics and Clarity tools to analyse and understand user behaviour
Masters/Bachelorsdegree in Design Human-Computer Interaction Computer Sciencea relatedfield or equivalent practical experience.
