Job Summary

Job Opportunity: Family Medicine Physician

Join our dedicated team at a prominent healthcare facility in Caro Michigan as a Family Medicine Physician. This vital outpatient clinic role offers coverage from Monday to Thursday 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. As a key member of our practice you will help address a recruitment gap and play an essential role in providing quality care to our community.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive outpatient care for adult and pediatric patients
Conduct routine physical examinations and assess health concerns
Take part in after-hours call based on a rotation schedule
Collaborate with a support team including Medical Assistants and a Receptionist
Utilize on-site services such as Point-of-Care testing and Diagnostic Imaging
Maintain accurate patient records using the Heathland EMR system
Manage an average of 20 patients per day

Qualifications:

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
Strong clinical skills in both adult and pediatric care
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Local candidates are preferred; no flights will be arranged

License and Certification Requirements:

Active Michigan Medical License (MI) - Required
BLS and ACLS certifications - Required
Provide a copy of the NPDB self-query (within 30 days) - Required
