WHAT WILL YOU DO:
This person will assist with all planning and logistics of the Football program.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
The role will manage the head coach and football staff calendar.
Assist the head coach in developing policies and procedures for the football office.
Position will manage the onboarding of all football student-athletes which includes admissions requirements housing arrangements compliance forms competition and sports medicine evaluations. This includes the following:
On and Off Campus Move-in
Collection of High School Transcripts and ensuring applications are completed to university
Communication to PSAs admittance to university
All paperwork upload and processes on Compliance Platform
Position will serve as the liaison to the Athletics Compliance and Ticket Office for the football program.
This position handles all communication to player parents & families high school coach outreach and occasional social media content creation.
