WHAT WILL YOU DO:

This person will assist with all planning and logistics of the Football program.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• The role will manage the head coach and football staff calendar.

• Assist the head coach in developing policies and procedures for the football office.

• Position will manage the onboarding of all football student-athletes which includes admissions requirements housing arrangements compliance forms competition and sports medicine evaluations. This includes the following:
  On and Off Campus Move-in
  Collection of High School Transcripts and ensuring applications are completed to university
  Communication to PSAs admittance to university
  All paperwork upload and processes on Compliance Platform

• Position will serve as the liaison to the Athletics Compliance and Ticket Office for the football program.

• This position handles all communication to player parents & families high school coach outreach and occasional social media content creation.
