Job Summary

A leading corporate service provider based in Valletta Malta is currently looking for an HR Assistant to join their this role the selected candidate will be responsible for a wide range of HR administration and support duties ensuring smooth operations and employee satisfaction.

This is a hybrid role offering a salary of up to 30K depending on experience.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Create and manage employee profiles from the start of employment and maintain accurate employee records

  • Support the recruitment process including scheduling interviews

  • Update databases and organise both digital and physical documents

  • Coordinate events including ordering promotional items

  • Schedule staff appraisals

  • Manage tasks related to employee corporate cards

  • Assist in all HR duties and provide support to the HR department

Education Skills & Experience

  • 1 year of HR experience ideally with a Maltese company

  • Fluency in Maltese and English at C2/native level both written and spoken

  • Proficient in MS365 specifically Excel Word and Outlook

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

About the Role

  • Salary: Up to 30K depending on experience

  • Work arrangement: Hybrid 2 days from home 3 days in the office

  • Location: Valletta Waterfront
