A leading corporate service provider based in Valletta Malta is currently looking for an HR Assistant to join their this role the selected candidate will be responsible for a wide range of HR administration and support duties ensuring smooth operations and employee satisfaction.
This is a hybrid role offering a salary of up to 30K depending on experience.
Role & Responsibilities
Create and manage employee profiles from the start of employment and maintain accurate employee records
Support the recruitment process including scheduling interviews
Update databases and organise both digital and physical documents
Coordinate events including ordering promotional items
Schedule staff appraisals
Manage tasks related to employee corporate cards
Assist in all HR duties and provide support to the HR department
Education Skills & Experience
1 year of HR experience ideally with a Maltese company
Fluency in Maltese and English at C2/native level both written and spoken
Proficient in MS365 specifically Excel Word and Outlook
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
About the Role
Salary: Up to 30K depending on experience
Work arrangement: Hybrid 2 days from home 3 days in the office
