Patient Demographics: Neonates with gestational ages of 28 weeks. Less than 28 weeks is typically stabilized and transferred to a higher level of care.
Clinic Provider Daily Volume: Varies based on NICU census
Average Daily Hospital Practice Census: 6.3
Services offered in the practice: 10 bed Level III NICU with an ADC of 6.3. Capacity to increase to 12 NICU infants for short period of time.
EMR: Epic
Additional Information from the facility:
We are an integrated NICU. Infants remain in LDRP with family. If unstable the neonate can be placed in a separate room or in our NICU proper.

Facility Reimbursement:
Flights - $750/round trip cap (to include all taxes and fees). No upgraded airfares or seat upgrades
Lodging - 1.5x the GSA rate cap average for the total stay (to include taxes and fees)
Rental Car - $55/day cap (including all taxes and fees) regardless of car class. SUV/upgrades over cap will need to be preapproved (will only be approved if needed for inclement weather)
Mileage - IRS Standard Rate
Bill Rates Needed for Submission:

Requirement description :
Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible - REQUIRED
Active IA License or Active IMLC (please provide LOQ at time of name clear) - REQUIRED
Fellowship Trained in Neonatology - REQUIRED
Clean Malpractice/Background History - REQUIRED - please upload NPDB (must be pulled within the last month or within 90 days)
