Summary: St. Michael s in Silverdale WA is looking for a Cardiac Anesthesiologist for locum coverage on the dates below.

The position is located at St. Michael Medical Center in Kitsap County. It is on the Peninsula where youll be surrounded by water in every direction mountains beautiful landscapes and fresh air! This is a great place to visit or live for those outdoor enthusiasts. Lots of outdoor activities that include hiking biking kayaking and whale watching! The hospital is on a beautiful campus built in 2020 with plans to expand this year. There are views of the Olympic mountains to the west and nearby walking & hiking trails. If you prefer to venture off into the city on your days off Seattle is just a ferry ride away! Brand new beautiful facility!

Malpractice Must be included in rates.

Orientation half the hourly/callback rate kicks in after 8 hours. Per hour of orientation or training beyond 8 hours

Hourly $Per hour not OT

Holiday $810-832.50 - Must be 1.5x the hourly rate. Per holiday hour no OT

Nightly Call $Per night call to hold the pager to include 2.5 hours gratis

Holiday Nightly Call - - Per night call to hold the pager to include 2.5 hours gratis

On Call (Daily) $Per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratis

24 Hour Holiday Call Rate - $ Per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratis

Call Back $540-555 Per hour of patient contact hours after gratis hours are completed gratis prorate to MSA terms.

Holiday Call Back $810-832.50 Per holiday hour of patient contact hours after gratis hours are completed gratis prorate to MSA terms.

Schedule/Availability Requirements:

Shift Duration: Mon-Thur 6a-4p Friday Saturday Sunday 24 hour call 6a-6a
Call: 1 night per week (starts after shift ends) and 1 weekend/month. Call ends at 6a the following day.

TEE Certified - Required
Active WA license - Highly Preferred or IMLC (LOQ in hand at time of submission)
Cardiac Anesthesiologist Fellowship - Required
Other Certifications BLS ACLS DEA Required
Clean MP/background - Highly Preferred
