Site uses reverse billing - provider must clock in/out using DocTime - no timesheets will be approved
Expenses covered by client will not exceed the limitations listed in the Travel & Expense policy between McLaren Health Care & AHSA.

Requirement description :

ALL MUST BE NOTATED AT TIME OF NAME CLEAR
Board Certified OBGYN (No BE) - REQUIRED
MI License & CSR at Submission - REQUIRED at time of clear no exceptions - not accepting IMLC
BLS - Required
Provider must be local - REQUIRED no exceptions
Must have clean background for quick credentialing- REQUIRED no exceptions
Please submit rates at time of name clear - REQUIRED will not send to client without rates
Please provide all availability if not available for listed dates about - REQUIRED
DEA - Verbal Confirmation REQUIRED at Name Clear
Expenses covered by client will not exceed the limitations listed in the Travel & Expense policy between McLaren Health Care & AHSA.
