What You Will Do
You may work across initiatives such as:
Designing an AI-native operating model for underwriting and funding (intake decision
disbursement)
Standing up process and task mining at scale to create a live digital twin of core value streams
Building and executing a multi-year automation roadmap (rules engines optimization GenAI copilots)
Developing prescriptive and simulation models to test policies SLAs staffing and routing logic
Establishing quality measurement systems and productivity frameworks for analyst workflows
Driving GenAI adoption in operations (case summarization decision support exception handling)
Leading change management including training playbooks and KPI governance
We do not expect candidates to have done all of the above. This role is ideal for a fast learner who
experiments pragmatically and ships outcomes.
Enterprise Architecture & Operating Model Design
Create and maintain digital twins of priority value streams using process and task mining
Identify constraints risks and opportunities; align stakeholders on trade-offs
Minimum Qualifications
15 18 years of experience in process engineering quality or enterprise transformation roles
Proven delivery of multi-team transformations with measurable impact on cycle time quality or cost
Strong data literacy with hands-on experience in:
Process and task mining
Optimization methods and simulation/prescriptive modeling
Applying GenAI in operations (summarization decision support copilots)
Fluency in executive communication; ability to write strategy memos and build compelling narratives
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (or equivalent expertise) with a strong structured problem-solving track
record
Practical experience with analytics tools (Excel Python/R) and process mining platforms (e.g. Celonis
or equivalent)
Additional Skills
Experience in lending or financial services
Exposure to process modeling and digital twin platforms
