Job Summary
Lead the tool room operations including tool design tool development and tool proving for metallic components.
Oversee the design and development of progressive tools high-speed tools and complex dies (EI/UI laminations) used in the switchgear industry.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production quality and R&D) for new product development (NPD) and timely delivery of tooling solutions.
Ensure cost-effective manufacturing and maintenance of tools and dies focusing on high quality and minimal downtime.
