Job Title: Collection Telecaller Head
Location: Mumbai
CTC: Up to 12 LPA
Experience: 6–10 years (minimum 3 years in leading collection telecalling teams)
Role Overview:
We are hiring a Collection Telecaller Head for a leading digital-first private sector bank. This role will lead and scale the centralized tele-collection function drive recovery performance and ensure high standards of compliance and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the telecalling collections team handling retail loan portfolios
Set daily weekly and monthly recovery targets and ensure achievement
Monitor calling quality productivity and conversion ratios
Design calling strategies to improve resolution rates and reduce delinquencies
Ensure strict adherence to regulatory legal and internal compliance norms
Coach train and performance-manage team leaders and callers
Coordinate with field collections risk and operations teams for escalated cases
MIS reporting analysis of delinquency trends and process improvement
Candidate Profile:
Strong background in tele-collections within banking / NBFC / fintech
Proven experience in team handling and target-driven environments
Excellent command over collection metrics bucket management and compliance
Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills
