Job Summary

Job Description:

Lead large-scale collections transformation across retail portfolios (Pre-delinquency to Write-off) with measurable improvements in recovery roll-rate reduction and cost-to-collect optimization.
Architect data-driven allocation segmentation and channel strategies (digital tele field agency legal) using advanced analytics capacity modeling and performance benchmarking.
Design and operationalize resolution strategies including settlements (OTS) restructuring repossession and legal recovery frameworks in compliance with RBI regulations and risk governance standards.
Drive analytics-led decisioning: cure models prioritization engines recovery forecasting propensity-to-pay and incentive design; translate insights into executable operating models.
Lead end-to-end collections tech enablement programs: workflow systems dialers LMS integrations dashboards and AI/GenAI use cases.
Manage senior client stakeholders and cross-functional delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of collections strategies.
