| Key Responsibilities |
- Establish the Pressure Vessels Unit end-to-end including evaluating and executing partnerships technical collaborations or acquisitions as required.
- Define and execute the BU strategy and go-to-market plan for Pressure Vessels including target segments product positioning pricing key accounts channels and branding.
- Own the full P&L for Pressure Vessels BU driving revenue growth margin improvement cost optimization working-capital efficiency and return on capital.
- Lead annual planning and budgeting for the BU monitor spending against plan and drive structured cost-control initiatives.
- Translate business strategy into annual goals and KPIs regularly review metrics on productivity capacity utilization cost and quality and drive corrective/improvement actions.
- Build and sustain a high-performance culture guiding mentoring and developing team members to take on larger responsibilities and more complex mandates

- Revenue and profitability of the Pressure Vessels Business Unit versus annual plan
- On-time and full delivery performance for Pressure Vessels orders
- Percentage of quality rejections / customer complaints
- Capacity utilization and productivity of key manufacturing resources
- Working capital efficiency including inventory receivables and payables levels

| Knowledge and Skills |
| Education Qualifications | Bachelors degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering or equivalent is required Masters degree in Engineering or equivalent is preferred |
| Experience | Minimum 20 years of experience in the Pressure Vessels industry with at least 8 years in a leadership role including explicit P&L ownership during the last 8 years. |
