Define and execute the long-term manufacturing and engineering strategy aligned with corporate goals.
Drive adoption of Industry 4.0 technologies digital manufacturing and automation for productivity and efficiency gains.
Partner with R&D and engineering to enable seamless new product industrialization and scalability.
Build a safety-first culture embedding EHS leadership and accountability at all levels supported by advanced systems and proactive risk management.
Establish world-class quality systems ensuring certification compliance and fostering a zero-defect mindset.
Lead structured lean Six Sigma and TPM programs leveraging predictive analytics for optimization.
Build leadership pipelines and drive a culture of innovation safety and continuous improvement.
Champion sustainability and ESG initiatives integrating green manufacturing and energy optimization into operations.
