Job Title: Recruiter Role Overview

We are looking for a high-energy Recruiter to manage our full-cycle recruitment process. Youll be the face of our company to candidates responsible for finding vetting and hiring top-tier talent. Your goal is to build a strong talent pipeline that helps our company grow while ensuring every candidate has a stellar experience-regardless of whether they get the job.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing: Proactively hunt for candidates through LinkedIn job boards and networking events.

  • Screening: Conduct initial phone interviews to assess culture fit and technical baseline.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand the must-haves for every role.

  • Scheduling: Coordinate interview loops and ensure the process moves quickly.

  • Offer Management: Handle salary negotiations and close candidates with enthusiasm.

  • Brand Advocacy: Represent our company culture online and at industry events.

What Were Looking For
  • Experience: 1 3 years of experience in recruiting (agency or in-house).

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills; you should be able to sell a dream.

  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and advanced LinkedIn searching.

  • Organization: The ability to juggle 10 open roles without dropping the ball.

  • Empathy: A genuine interest in helping people find the right career path.
