Job Summary

Job Description:

Minimum 8 years project management or change management experience with a preference for Investment banking experience and Cash Equities being preferred
Management Consultancy experience or equivalent in-house experience in a financial institution is beneficial.
Excellent project management analytical skills and task management skills.
Experience working in Agile delivery environment with the ability to implement best practices and uplift teams.
Previous experience delivering large-scale technology and/or front office change in a global team.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.
Able to operate as part of a team lead or independently as require.
Ability to work flexibly and take responsibility for all areas of work as required
Proven track record in building trusted relationships and demonstrating the ability to influence across business/technology and at various levels.
Investment Banking Front Office and/or Cash Equity experience preferred.
Experience using tools such as Confluence Clarity AI tools a must
