Role Overview
The incumbent will be responsible for designing implementing and sustaining impactful L&D initiatives employee experience programs and well-being strategies. A key focus will be on creating and launching HiPo development journeys and leadership programs ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute L&D strategy aligned with business priorities.
- Curate engaging content for LMS (Disprz) including micro-learning modules and interactive sessions.
- Collaborate with internal leaders and external trainers for impactful interventions.
- Design and implement HiPo development programs and leadership journeys.
- Curate and prepare Management Trainee Program and onboarding journey to help trainees settle into roles.
- Track Management Trainee performance at 30 60 and 90-day intervals and share feedback with Functional Heads CHRO and HRBP.
- Drive employee experience initiatives Rewards & Recognition (R&R) and well-being programs.
- Maintain and analyze L&D data for insights and continuous improvement.
Candidates Profile
- 6-10 years of experience in L&D and Employee Experience roles.
- Strong understanding of learning frameworks LMS platforms and content curation.
- Proven ability to design and implement HiPo development programs and Management Trainee journeys.
- Excellent communication stakeholder management and analytical skills.
