Response to Notice and Litigation Filing -
Receive original documents (information/notice) and backup documentation from the User Department. Prepare and finalize reply pleadings based on inputs from the User Department and send to the National Legal Head for comments and approval.
Litigation Management & favourable closures -
Discuss cases internally with the National Legal Head and User Department based on filed plaints. Schedule and coordinate meetings with external solicitors to discuss case preparation. Prepare and compile the list of required documents and submit them to external solicitors
