Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support client engagements across assigned service areas
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with them to ensure smooth execution
- Assist in planning and executing assignments as per firm requirements
- Review work prepared by juniors and articles wherever applicable
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws standards and professional guidelines
- Prepare and review reports submissions and documentation for client deliverables
- Track timelines and ensure timely completion of assignments
- Support senior management in client handling and operational activities
- Contribute to internal coordination and continuous process improvements
Requirements
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification
- 35 years of post-qualification experience in a CA firm
- Sound understanding of accounting principles taxation and regulatory frameworks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Good communication skills with effective client-handling ability
- Ability to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other relevant professional software
Preferred (Added Advantage):
- Exposure to statutory audit or internal audit assignments
- Experience in direct and/or indirect taxation
- Knowledge of corporate compliance or advisory services
- Prior experience in reviewing or supervising work of junior team members
