In partnership with Hope Community Services headspace Kalgoorlie supports young people aged 1225 across the Goldfields North region delivering youth-friendly culturally responsive and evidence-based mental health services. About the Role
Were looking for an experienced Mental Health Clinician to provide high-level clinical care and leadership within headspace Kalgoorlie. Youll coordinate triage and intake support complex presentations and provide clinical guidance to the team while maintaining a small caseload.

What Youll Do
- Deliver evidence-based mental health support to young people with complex needs
- Coordinate intake referrals waitlists and risk management
- Provide clinical leadership supervision and mentoring
- Support ethical decision-making and crisis response
- Build strong relationships with families services and community partners
- Contribute to continuous improvement and service planning
What Youll Bring
Essential:
- Current professional registration (Psychologist Social Worker OT with mental health endorsement or Mental Health Nurse)
- Experience working with young people in mental health settings
- Strong assessment engagement and clinical decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Drivers licence Working with Children Check and National Police Certificate
Desirable:
- Experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander CALD or gender diverse young people
- Knowledge of the Australian mental health system
