We are seeking an Associate Nurse Unit Manager with a minimum of 12 months experience in mental health and 12 months experience in a leadership position i.e. ANUM or CNS to join our team to contribute to the provision of excellent compassionate specialist mental health services.
You will be a strong committed mental health nurse who is passionate about facilitating the very best outcomes for your patients and their families from admission to discharge in a dynamic multidisciplinary team environment.
As a leader within our clinical team you will have the support of a great team and management who are committed to facilitating a collegial patient-centred specialist mental health environment.
You will utilise your excellent communication and problem-solving skills to work collaboratively with the Nurse Unit Manager our multidisciplinary team and the Hospital Coordinators to facilitate safe recovery focused mental health care.
You will demonstrate your professional accountability through:
- Excellent patient-customer service skills
- Commitment to the provision of excellent patient centred care
- Compassionate and effective interpersonal skills
- Inspire respect in all the people you work with
- Be a role model for other nurses in everything you do
- Knowledge and an aptitude for the delivery recovery-oriented mental health care

- Providing accurate knowledgeable and friendly communication to fellow healthcare professionals

Qualifications :
You will have:
- Current unrestricted AHPRA Nursing registration
- Previous mental health nursing experience
