A little bit about the role:

This is a hands-on people-focused role at the heart of the School where no two days are the same. As an ICT Support Officer youll be the friendly first point of contact for technology support solving problems keeping systems running smoothly and helping staff and students feel confident using technology that supports teaching and learning.

To be successful you will:

Provide timely reliable ICT support that minimises disruption to teaching and learning
Accurately log prioritise and resolve ICT requests with clear communication to users
Maintain staff and student access to fit-for-purpose devices through effective asset and loan management
Support School events examinations and activities with responsive technical assistance
Deliver a high standard of customer service aligned with Shores Christian values
