Our national ICT team are looking for an experienced ICT & Security Consultant to join their team as an Associate Director. You will lead complex multi-disciplinary projects drive technical excellence mentor emerging talent and contribute to a variety of projects across Australia and New Zealand.
How youll make a difference
Lead the design and delivery of ICT and Electronic Security systems across major building projects from client briefing through to construction phase support and inspections.
Develop detailed technical solutions including structured cabling systems wireless networks CCTV electronic access control intruder alarms perimeter intrusion detection Type 1A Security Alarm Systems and cyber security frameworks.
Manage stakeholder engagement project costing technology road mapping tender responses and business development opportunities.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and consultants fostering quality assurance and a high-performance team culture.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary Buildings Places teams and the national Technology Advisory group to deliver integrated future-ready solutions.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to strategic growth across the ICT and Security practice.
This role can be based in Sydney Melbourne or Brisbane.

Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering ICT Communications Engineering or a related discipline with ideally 13 years relevant experience in a buildings consulting environment.
Demonstrated experience leading ICT and Security design for large-scale multidisciplinary projects ideally with exposure to healthcare aviation defence or transport infrastructure projects.
Strong technical capability across ICT architecture networking cloud identity and access management clinical systems structured cabling and electronic security systems.
Experience managing client relationships coordinating contractors and providing construction phase services.
Eligibility to obtain (or current holding of) a state relevant Security Advisor Licence and Professional Engineering Registration (CPEng/NER highly regarded).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven consultative approach and ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Due to the nature of the projects Australian Citizenship is preferred.
