Your role will be to:
- Record bank transactions weekly and process cheque deposits.
- Manage daily cash flow: transfers currency purchases payments and deposits.
- Perform monthly reconciliations of bank accounts payroll payments and tax filings.
- Communicate with service providers and banks to ensure operational support.
- Participate in financial audits and SOX internal control audits.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and automation projects.
- Support the groups growth by opening and closing bank accounts related to acquisitions.
Qualifications :
To join our team you need:
- BAC in Accounting with a minimum of 3 years of experience;
- Good oral and written communication skills in French and English. As part of your duties you will regularly collaborate with colleagues based across Canada;
- Proficiency with MS Office;
