Key Responsibilities
Platform Administration
Perform daily administration across the Salesforce platform including user management profiles permission sets roles and security.
Manage data quality duplicate prevention data loads and ongoing maintenance.
Configure standard Salesforce features including objects fields page layouts record types automation (Flows) validation rules and assignment rules.
Reporting & Insights
Create manage and update reports & dashboards that meet stakeholder requirements ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights.
Partner with business teams to understand reporting needs and deliver meaningful easy-to-use analytics assets.
Support & Operational Excellence
Handle incoming support requests troubleshoot issues and provide resolution or escalation where appropriate.
Monitor system performance integrations and environment health.
Assist in release and deployment activities including sandbox management and UAT support.
Projects & Enhancements
Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Collaborate with Salesforce Developers to support enhancements integrations and custom components.
Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for projects delivered by the Salesforce development team validating functionality edge cases and business requirements.
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve user experience.
Qualifications :
Qualifications & Experience
Required
2 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience in a production environment.
Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration declarative tools security model and platform capabilities.
Competence in building and maintaining Flows (Record-Triggered Screen Scheduled).
Experience with data management tools such as Data Loader or Data Import Wizard.
Solid problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM-201) or equivalent experience.
Preferred
Experience working in an Agile environment.
Exposure to Service Cloud Omni-Channel or other cloud products used in high-volume operations.
Familiarity with CI/CD processes DevOps tooling or release management.
Additional Salesforce certifications.

Work hours: 8am5pm AEST to align with Entain Australia operations.
Hybrid work: 2 days per week in Manila office 3 days from home.
Team structure: You will work alongside three Salesforce Developers reporting to the Salesforce Platform Manager (based in Australia).
