What You Will Do

Nasdaq is seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Specialist to lead and enhance our Conga/Apttus CLM implementation within Salesforce. This role requires significant hands-on expertise with CLM platformsparticularly Conga CLM and X-Authorand the seniority to engage directly with Legal Commercial and Sales leadership.

Due to the complexity visibility and business impact of our CLM ecosystem this role demands a seasoned professional who can confidently translate requirements influence decision-making and uphold governance standards across the contract lifecycle. • Serve as the senior subject matter expert for Conga CLM and X-Author for Word providing strategic guidance on contract lifecycle architecture and governance.

• Lead end-to-end design configuration and optimization of CLM workflows templates clause libraries metadata frameworks and approval processes.

• Partner with Legal Commercial Sales and Revenue Operations teams as the primary CLM advisorfacilitating complex discussions understanding upstream/downstream impacts and driving alignment.

• Own the development and maintenance of advanced templates and clause libraries ensuring consistency compliance and scalability.

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for CLM configuration and integrations.

• Lead and oversee business acceptance testing (BAT) ensuring high-quality delivery and stakeholder readiness.

• Deliver executive-ready demos facilitating collaborative solution reviews with senior stakeholders.

• Champion continuous improvement initiativesidentifying optimization opportunities reducing friction and enhancing CLM usability.

• Drive adoption through training enablement materials and ongoing user engagement.

• Collaborate with Salesforce teams to ensure seamless alignment between CLM and CRM functionality.

• Support data migration data quality initiatives and integration efforts involving CPQ Salesforce objects and other systems.

What We Expect

• 58 years of hands-on experience with CLM platforms with strong preference for Conga/Apttus CLM and X-Author for Word.

• Proven success engaging with senior Legal Commercial and Sales stakeholders on contract lifecycle processes.

• Extensive experience designing metadata structures clause libraries template governance and contract workflows.

• Demonstrated ability to own complex CLM implementations in enterprise environments.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and make informed decisions.

• Experience working in agile environments including backlog management and cross-functional alignment.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

• Skilled at breaking down complex concepts into clear guidance for Legal Sales and Commercial teams.

• Proven ability to lead workshops facilitate decision-making and manage expectations

• Deep knowledge of Conga CLM X-Author and Salesforce CRM.

• Familiarity with related tools such as CPQ Conga integrations and contract analytics is a plus.

• Strong understanding of metadata frameworks contract data models versioning and contract lifecycle processes

• Amenable to work night shift schedule (US Eastern Time)
