Role Description

GCP Core Services:

Compute Engine: Virtual Machines (VMs) instance groups and autoscaling
Kubernetes Engine: Container orchestration deployment and scaling
Cloud Storage: Object storage data archiving and data transfer
Cloud SQL: Managed relational databases (MySQL PostgreSQL etc.)
Cloud Spanner: Globally distributed scalable database

Automation & Orchestration:

Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Terraform Cloud Deployment Manager
Scripting: Python Bash Shell scripting
CI/CD: Jenkins GitLab CI/CD Cloud Build

Monitoring & Logging:

Cloud Monitoring: Metrics alerts dashboards
Cloud Logging: Log management analysis and alerting
Stackdriver Debugger: Debugging and profiling applications

Security:

Identity and Access Management (IAM): Roles permissions and security policies
Virtual Private Cloud (VPC): Networking subnetting firewalls
Data Encryption: Encryption at rest and in transit
