Your role:
Drive talent marketing activities via WeChat
Run talent campaign support ramp-up projects i.e. project Domus project Tonga campus hire etc. and challenging Orgs(PH PIC TWN)
Lead the Great China EVP refresh and activations including stakeholder management in GC ( Head of People in GC Talent and local Brands& comms) and alignment with global EVP & External Relations Lead
Drive internal talent communication(internal move career story etc.)
New Initiative relates to TA Tech: Run Alumni Program via WeChat
Minimum required Education:
Bachelors / Masters Degree
Minimum required Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience at Human Resources (HR) Talent Acquisition Talent Onboarding Employee Engagement;
Fluent Oral and Writing English
