Job Description

1. Lead the planning and implementation of key omnichannel customer engagement projects by coordinating cross-functional resources tracking execution progress and regularly reporting project outcomes to drive the continuous rollout and optimization of the omnichannel strategy.

2. Work closely with cross-functional colleagues to jointly plan and execute digital marketing activities across the companys engagement channels (including in-person visits WeChat meetings etc.) with the goal of enhancing customer interaction quality and strengthening brand influence.

3. Digital platform project operation of strategic products including years of video promotion strategy classification and follow-up follow-up of the effect of the promotion platform etc.

4. Statistical analysis of the regional implementation of strategic projects of the Central Marketing Department and optimizing feedback for better resource integration

5. Design and analyze national HCP education programs/project operations and timely feedback and adjustments

6. Responsible for the operation of national/regional key conferences

Knowledge skills experience and education

1. Bachelors degree or above proficient in English

2. Relevant project management experience/market strategy plan maker experience is preferred

3. Active logical analysis ability and expression ability

4. Excellent learning ability strong internal and external communication skills and a certain influence

• 主导全渠道客户互动关键项目的规划与实施协调跨职能资源跟进执行进度并定期汇报项目成果推动全渠道战略持续落地与优化
• 与业务部门紧密合作共同策划与执行公司互动渠道包括线下拜访微信会议等的数字营销活动提升客户互动质量与品牌影响力
• 策略产品的数字化平台项目运营包括年度多平台视频的投放策略归类及投放跟进投放平台效果的跟进等
• 对中央市场部策略项目在区域落地执行的统计分析优化反馈以便更好的进行资源整合
• 设计并分析区域全国医生教育会议/项目运营情况并及时反馈调整
• 负责全国/区域重点会议的运营工作

知识 技能 经验及教育背景要求

• 学历本科及以上英语熟练
• 有相关项目管理经验/市场策略规划制定经验者优先
• 较强的逻辑分析能力及表达能力
• 学习能力卓越内外部沟通能力强有一定的影响力
