Marketing Communication Manager

CORE RESPONSIBILITY

Objective
In this role you will work with a multi-disciplinary team across marketing sales product development AE and R&D to advance GI APACs innovation value chain and sustainability strategic pillars and helps position and promote the companys products and services in support of business growth strategies and priorities. You will develop and deploy marketing communications strategies that deliver key content/stories through multiple channels integrated marketing trade shows and experiential events. You will also manage market and new segment study for General Industrial Coating developing and implementing messaging for our overall business strategy.

development and implementation of new marketing segment strategy and plans for General Industrial Coating that align with business plans and employ audience-appropriate channel mixes.
& execute marketing communication strategy for long term and short term to support the business and enhance the branding awareness.
marketing and PR strategy and execution
-Develop manage and deliver content that engages target audiences. This includes message development writing and storytelling content development and channel delivery.
-Have a heavy focus on external project implementation across channels earned media owned social and paid.
and organize customer events trade shows industry seminar and internal meeting.
& manage the customized campaign to strengthen the value proposition like Coating School and Color match.
marcom budget to support yearly budget planning.
closely with product marketing R&D and sales to support the new product launch and develop segment based marketing tools including video literatureetc.
with government and the right association to understand the industry and regulation development.

BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS:

degree or above in communications digital marketing advertising strategic planning marketing journalism or other related fields

& EXPERIENCE:

least 8 - 10 years experience in agency and digital marketing b2b marketing communications etc.
in chemical industry

REQUIREMENTS:

command of English computer literature and knowledge of office software application
Work with passion aggressive and assertive to meet business objectives but with good inter-personal skills in communication and rapport building
Strong strategic orientation and demonstrated creativity
A clear understanding of b2b and business communications and relevant issues around our industries
