As we scale were looking for a strategic Content Manager to join our reputation team.

In this role youll work with the content strategy for our brand&reputation from developing high-impact copy for reputation assets to orchestrating multi-platform content distribution managing freelancer teams and defining metrics that drive trial signups and brand authority.

What youll be doing:

• Grow professionally: Take on ambitious goals and exciting tasks in copywriting and reputation management.

• Generate ideas: Research and launch fresh ideas to help our reputation.

• Write diverse content: Create everything from SEO articles and PR pieces to social posts for Medium Quora and brand social media.

• Streamline processes: Build a content machine to scale production while keeping quality high (via delegation AI tools and quality control).

• Collaborate: Brief designers to create eye-catching visuals for your content.

• Build a team: Find talented freelance writers and coordinate their work at first. Grow up your own team later.

This role will be a perfect match for you if you have:

• Experience in creating content for an English-speaking audience from 1.5 years;

• Ability to quickly create large volumes of content through both independent copywriting and rewriting and the use of AI tools and development of technical specifications for freelancers;

• Willingness to combine the creative component (copywriting) with the technical component (creating accounts on various platforms publishing content);

• Written English C1;

• Experience in creating SEO-optimized texts for various channels;

• Proficiency in AI services for content generation;

• Understanding of the modern digital landscape interest in PR content marketing and relevant trends;

• Ability to research analyze and structure information;

• Ability to quickly learn and master new tools.

Nice-to-have:

• Experience in content distribution on free and paid platforms independently or with the help of contractors;

• Knowledge of some of the following tools: Ahrefs Semrush Mangools etc.; plagiarism and AI checkers; any CMS and/or CRM;

• Understanding of the specifics of SERM and digital PR.
