Job Summary
- Allocate resources efficiently across various projects and teams
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to understand project requirements and constraints
- Oversee recruitment training and development of resource management staff
- Monitor team performance providing guidance and support
- Identify and implement best practices for resource management
- Develop and maintain documentation for resource management processes and procedures
- Analyze resource utilization and performance data to improve efficiency
- Communicate with stakeholders regarding resource availability and allocation
- Address resource-related issues or conflicts promptly
Qualifications :
- Experience in Resource Management or HRM frameworks with practical application
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Negotiation skills and ability to build long-term relationships
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to manage multiple priorities
- Upper-Intermediate level of English
WOULD BE A PLUS
- Knowledge of resource management tools
- Experience in aviation or logistics projects
- Certifications in HR or project management
