You will sit at the intersection of the business user experience and the technologies that solve our customer and end-user problems; confirming they meet market demands and drive business growth. You will design develop and manage activities for a specific product or group of products from product definition and planning through production release and end of life. Your involvement will last throughout all stages of a products lifecycle including modifications upgrades maintenance of the product or product line. For commercial products it also includes commercialization go-to-market planning sales and other key business support activities.

You are responsible for coaching leveraging team members unique strengths and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. The Opportunity
When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs) you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services from Advisory to Assurance Tax and Business our innovative hubs youll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. Youll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the Software and Product Innovation team youll drive the design and delivery of innovative sustainability-focused technology products. As a Manager youll lead teams and manage client accounts focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff while inspiring your team to deliver exceptional results. This role offers a unique opportunity to connect sustainability ambitions with tangible digital outcomes making a significant impact on enterprise sustainability goals.
Responsibilities

What You Must Have
- Bachelors Degree
- 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- 8 years of experience in Product Ownership or Program Management within Capital Projects & Infrastructure project delivery sustainability ESG or digital transformation domains.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
- Demonstrating sustainability domain knowledge across multiple pillars
- Understanding ESG frameworks standards and regulations
- Exposure to sustainability analytics tools and carbon accounting solutions
- Familiarity with Microsoft Sustainability Manager Power Platform or similar ESG platforms.
- Knowledge of AI and data-driven decision-making including GenAI for sustainability insights.
- Experience integrating sustainability data with ERP CRM or analytics systems.
- Experience with digital twins portfolio analytics workflow automation and predictive project controls.
- Background in consulting or client-facing delivery roles within technology or ESG transformation.
