Position Summary
The Senior Organizational Change Management Specialist is responsible for leading and managing change initiatives within the organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with extensive experience in change management strong communication skills and the ability to drive successful adoption of changes across the organization.What will your job entail
Job Responsibilities:Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance. Ensure changes are aligned with the organizations strategic and mentor a team of change management professionals providing guidance and support to enhance their performance. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance within the impact analyses and assess change readiness to identify key stakeholders and areas of resistance. Develop strategies to address these challenges and ensure a smooth with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of changes and alignment with business priorities. Facilitate effective communication and coordination among develop and deliver change management communications to inform and engage employees. Ensure that communication plans are clear concise and effectively convey the benefits of the input and support for the design and delivery of training programs to ensure employees are adequately prepared for changes. Monitor training effectiveness and adjust as and report on the progress of change initiatives providing regular updates to executive leadership on status risks and opportunities. Develop and present comprehensive change management reports and continuous improvement initiatives within the change management function identifying areas for process optimization and implementing best practices. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in change management compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all change management activities. Implement and enforce robust governance frameworks to maintain change integrity and accountability. Work Experience and Education:Bachelors degree in Project Management or related field with 8 years of related experience; or 6 years and a Masters degree; or a PhD and 3 years of related experience; or equivalent work experience. Licenses & Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI ACP) Certified Insurance Project Manager (CIPM) or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) is preferred. The target salary range for this position is - annually.The wage range for this role considers many factors such as training transferable skills work experience licensure and certification business needs and market demands.
