Position Summary
The Senior Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist will play a key role in ensuring projects (change initiatives) meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing organizational awareness engagement adoption and usage. This person will focus on the strategy of communications working with internal and external OCM resources; development of key messages and communications designed to support our people to be successful through change. This role will add the creativity in making their communications effective and stand out from operational communications building a campaign for the initiatives they support.What will your job entail

The target salary range for this position is - annually.The wage range for this role considers many factors such as training transferable skills work experience licensure and certification business needs and market demands.
